At the Blaue Brücke, the most prominent traffic junction in Tübingen, and next to a new hotel and a commercial building, there is the 6-storey building of a joint building venture. In front of the dark plaster surfaces and windows with slanted, metal-coloured reveals, a white, filigree layer of balconies wraps around the building. A remarkable feature are the innovative residential communities for senior citizens, which, along with a language institute and other flats, make for a colourful urban mix.
