Deine Rolle

Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommunikationsaktivitäten und bringst unsere Projekte über verschiedene Kanäle nach außen – von Social Media über Events bis zu Publikationen.
Dabei arbeitest du eng intern und extern mit unserem Kommunikationsteam und Verwaltungsbereich zusammen und verbindest Organisation, Content und Storytelling.

Deine Aufgaben

Kommunikation & PR
-Weiterentwicklung und Erstellung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
-Betreuung unserer Website sowie unserer Büroprofile auf externen Architekturplattformen
-Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung unserer PR- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
-Konzeption, Erstellung und Versand unserer externen Newsletter
-Bearbeitung von Presseanfragen und Mitwirkung bei der Platzierung unserer Projekte in Fach- und Publikumsmedien
-Redaktionelle Mitarbeit an Texten, Projektvorstellungen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
-Unterstützung bei Präsentationen und Bewerbungen für Preisverleihungen
-Zusammenarbeit mit FotografInnen, Grafikbüros und externen Agenturen

Events & Büroorganisation
-Organisation interner und externer Veranstaltungen
-Mitarbeit am Front-Desk
-Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung interner Kommunikationsformate (Intranet, Newsletter, Wissensaustausch, etc.)
-Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben der Büroorganisation

Dein Profil

• Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, PR, Kulturmanagement oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media oder Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
• Gespür für Storytelling, Sprache und Inhalte
• Interesse an Architektur, Stadtentwicklung oder Gestaltung
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Canva und Video Schnittprogramme.
