Multi-story buildings shield the residential estate from noise pollution caused by the access road to the west, while the buildings facing the natural area and forest to the east are more loosely arranged. The building site was organised with a uniform grid pattern to achieve a high degree of flexibility in marketing. A modular building system, consisting of a base module and additional components that can be combined in various ways to create different types of houses, responds to varying demands. The use of corner houses at the site boundaries has created generous interconnections with the green space.
