The attractive building area, located on the site of a former nursery, is situated close to the city centre directly on the Neckar River. The rows of terraced houses are arranged so that they allow high permeability and unobstructed views of the river. Using a modular construction system and relatively wide spans, it was possible to offer six different building variants. Towards the street, a row of townhouses on small plots creates clear spatial boundaries. A small neighbourhood square connects the two construction phases with the surrounding area.
