The distinctive building with its vibrant brick façade serves as the new office building for Manfred Löffler GmbH and also as the new southern entrance to Hohentengen. It has been positioned and designed to represent the new location of Löffler GmbH both as a standalone building and in future conjunction with the expansion buildings, which will be implemented in a second construction phase. Above all, the forecourt, open foyer, central atrium and spacious terrace provide a high-quality environment for employees and visitors. The façade of the multi-layered external walls is composed of reddish-brown bricks with white concrete precast window surrounds. Complemented by window elements made of oak wood, this façade design references traditional façade typologies in the Upper Swabia region.
