Following the closure of the hospital on Winnender Strasse in Waiblingen, the hospital area was to be reorganised in terms of urban development, functionality and architecture. The objective was to create areas for inner-city living, administration and services.
In the final construction phase (building plot 5), 8 multi-family houses with an underground garage were built, consisting of 46 rental apartments, 38 condominiums and a daycare centre, all built in conventional solid construction with flat roofs.
