Johannes Weiß, born in 1975 in Bietigheim-Bissingen, studied architecture from 1998 to 2004 at the Hochschule für Technik (HFT) in Stuttgart.
After completing his studies, Johannes Weiß initially worked at 4a Architekten GmbH in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt. Since 2009, he has taken on project management roles at a+r Architekten GmbH and was appointed chief architect in 2017.
Since 2023, Johannes Weiß has been the managing director of a+r Generalplaner GmbH.
